1. Booking Terms
Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of booking. All bookings are subject to room availability.
2. Check-in / Check-out
Check-in is 12:00 PM. Check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in / late check-out are subject to availability.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 48+ hours before arrival receive a full refund. Within 48 hours of arrival, one night's tariff will be charged.
4. Payment
We accept cash, UPI and bank transfer. An advance may be required to confirm your booking.
5. Guest Conduct
Guests are responsible for their own conduct. No illegal activities are permitted on the property. No loud music after 10 PM.
6. Liability
JSR Palace is not liable for the loss of personal belongings. Please use the in-room or hotel safe / locker if available.
7. Smoking Policy
Smoking is not permitted inside rooms. A designated outdoor smoking area is available.
8. Pets
Pets are not allowed unless prior written approval has been provided.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India and the State of Rajasthan.
